English Course 2023: Supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the State of Brandenburg
In an increasingly globalized working environment, English language skills are becoming ever more important for our employees. To further develop their linguistic competencies and optimally prepare them for an international work environment, we offered an English course in 2023.
This initiative was made possible through funding from the State of Brandenburg and the European Social Fund (ESF). The course aimed to enhance the career prospects of our employees and enable them to handle international projects and tasks more efficiently. A particular focus was placed on the practical application of the language to ensure direct benefits for professional requirements.
Thanks to this support, we achieved high participation and excellent results. Participants reported significant improvements in their communication skills and increased confidence in using the English language in their daily work.

In an increasingly digitalized world, programming skills are becoming more and more important for our employees. To further develop their technical skills and prepare them for the challenges of modern technologies, we offered a Python course in 2023.

The course aimed to provide our employees with the fundamentals of the Python programming language and strengthen their programming capabilities. German Course 2023
German Course 2023: Supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the State of Brandenburg
In an international working environment, the diversity of our teams is becoming increasingly important. Many of our employees come from international backgrounds, which is a great advantage for our company. At the same time, strong German language skills are essential, as internal communication and many business processes are primarily conducted in German. To support and perfect the German language skills of our international colleagues, we offered a German course in 2023.
This initiative was made possible through funding from the State of Brandenburg and the European Social Fund (ESF). The course aimed to specifically improve the language skills of participating employees, enabling them to integrate more effectively into daily work and team communication. The course focused on:
- Practical application of the German language in the workplace
- Expanding vocabulary for technical and professional contexts
- Grammar and sentence structure for precise expression
- Oral and written communication
