DTK developed and applied a measurement system to detect drops of contact voltage between contact strips and catenary.

The measurement data shows whether current transmission works correctly or is being interfered. The cause of the interference in affected systems can be found and the system will be optimized to minimize wear of the system’s parts and the maintenance expenses.
